The Lean 8 Transformation challenge is renowned for achieving serious and sustainable results. We strive to not only gain aesthetically astounding results, but to educate and inform each and every member who signs up. There are many coaches and personal trainers that are able to get clients in shape over a 6-10 week period. HOWEVER it takes a driven and educated team of coaches to create lasting sustainable change, that can be implemented for the rest of your life.
During the first seminar we will take your "before" photos and measurements, and talk you through the next 8 weeks. It's vital you attend as this is where you will establish your support network and build relationships with the coaches and other challengers.
Each week you will be expected to check in. This is your chance to be really honest and tell us how you are getting on. If you are struggling, this is where you tell us and we help you get back on track. Failing to check in will result in a phone call - accountability is everything if you are going to succeed!
Online support from a private group, offering daily support from other challengers and our team of coaches - being able to reach out when you are struggling or unsure of something is invaluable. Being lifted by other members when you have had a great class or your results are becoming visible, makes you feel fantastic and keeps you motivated.
Q.1 I am completely new to exercise and have never done anything like this before, is it suitable for me?
The nutrition and meal plan side of things are catered for everyone, all that we ask is that commit to the process. The fitness classes held at the gym are designed for all abilities, we cater for complete beginners with no gym experience to advanced gym users.
Q.2 Will this transformation plan work for me?
We have designed the Lean 8 to make achieving result as simple and easy as possible. Having said that YOU must be willing to work hard and commit. If you make use of all the resources we have provided we GUARANTEE AMAZING RESULTS!
Q.3 I have a holiday or birthday during the challenge, will that be ok?
You will be given a meal plan and calorie allowance for you to stick to, providing you make the correct food choices and don’t let your training diminish, having something planned won’t be a problem. PREPARATION is key, if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
Q.4 Is there a minimum amount of classes I have to attend?
For maximum results, we stress 4 training sessions per week. Remember why you are signing up to this, for change to happen, first YOU must change. And this starts with making exercise a PRIORITY! We fully understand that busy family and work life can sometimes take over, so if you are unable to attend the 4 classes that we advocate, you will be expected to complete the home workout videos to make up for the classes you have missed and log them with your coach when you check in weekly.
