Level 3 Personal Trainer

Fitness has been my way of life since joining Blackburn Rovers Football Club at the age of 7. I remained in the academy system, progressing to a scholarship and then a professional contract at the age of 18 with Preston North End Football Club.

My years of training within a professional environment has given me the foundation to be able to adapt to provide my clients with a tailored program and regime that will guarantee the results they desire.

I want to work with people who strive to better themselves, whether it is to help someone lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle, or to support elite athletes and unlock their new potential.

My core philosophy is based around promoting a good foundation of food and exercise education together with lots of motivation to help you reach your goals.
