Tommy has over 5 years’ experience in personal training and coaching in various gyms and fitness environments, as well as a lifelong passion for health, fitness and personal development.
In this time he started out instructing classes in strength and conditioning, up to where he progressed to become a lead instructor, before taking the role of managing director at his own establishment, Centurion Fitness.
Having had experience with the industry’s leading trainers and coaching staff at rugby clubs such as St Helens and Leigh Centurions, he has developed a unique appreciation for health and fitness, along with the physical and psychological attributes that are required to achieve results and inspire others to do the same.
Tommy is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, who plays professional rugby league and is currently signed to Batley Rugby League Club. Prior to this he played for Whitehaven,North Wales Crusaders, Leigh Centurions and St Helens. The ability to perform at the top level in rugby league requires commitment, professionalism and passion; which are qualities that he looks to develop and encourage in his clients.
Centurion Fitness has enabled Tommy to inspire, motivate and provide expert tuition to all of its members. Not only does he have a desire to see others succeed, he is obsessed with the process of achieving goals. Seeing individuals accomplish things they never thought possible is why Tommy is so passionate at what he does.
