Jamie has over ten years experience in personal training, ranging from working for leading UK commercial gyms, to bespoke elite personal training companies, as a senior trainer and development coach.

In this time Jamie has designed training classes for nationwide gyms and gained a Foundation Degree at UCLAN in Strength and Conditioning. Additionally he is a level 4 Reps qualified Personal Trainer and AfN registered Nutritionist, and is currently studying towards his Masters Degree in Human Physiology.

Jamie has a wealth of training experience including coaching some of the countries best athletes, as well as facilitating outstanding body transformations for both those who are completely new to training, and experienced gym users. He now applies all of this knowledge and experience to Centurion Fitness.

Jamie is also a professional rugby league player, having played for Wigan Warriors and London Broncos, and currently Leigh Centurions in the Super League. Jamie incorporates training methods learned throughout his rugby career to offer an exceptional standard of training to all of his clients and members.

Jamie admits that training with him will not be easy, however both him and all of his clients can promise you, that it will be worth it!
